ISAR-S - Air Break Switch ISAR-S3 36kV 400A with a 11-14m operating pole

ISAR-S Switches are designed for the disconnection of medium voltage overhead power lines. Equipped with an air break system and providing simultaneous isolation, these devices are of the 'visible break' type and offer a very high level of operational safety. The ISAR-S switches are suitable for overhead distribution networks up to 36 kV, especially those requiring a high level of isolation:

• Easy installation at the top of the pole.
• Safe line interventions possible thanks to the visible break.
• Designed for manual operation, using a control panel and linkage.
• Whip-type disconnection devices.
• Spring-loaded, rapid-closing devices, tumbler type, acting directly on the movable shaft without engaging the control, which only initiates the movement.
• Pole heights from 11 to 14 meters.
• 'Synthetic' insulators made of an epoxy resin central part. The over-molded soft silicone fins provide a significant creepage path and offer good protection against vandalism.
