Description
CONSTRUCTION
A TUR panel consists of:
1 general load disconnecting device (visible break four-pole switch-disconnector)
Material intended for interior use
Metal frame made of pre-galvanized sheet metal
Four-pole (N, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3)
Assigned current depending on transformer power (800, 1200, or 1800 A)
Visible electric arc quenching in the air
Open switch: Automatic grounding of the transformer's neutral
Closed switch: Limitation of neutral overvoltages by a surge arrester (~10 kV)
Connection via lugs, cables in aluminum or copper
Panels can accommodate 4, 5, or 8 interchangeable Monobloc feeders
1 set of busbars (N, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3)
1 to 8 interchangeable Monobloc feeders equipped with HPC T2 fuse circuit breakers (excluding Neutral)
Four-pole assembly including 3 HPC T2 fuse circuit breakers (Ph1, Ph2, Ph3) up to 400 A
The Neutral is disconnectable via a rotating bar included in the feeder
Connection via lugs (mounted on aluminum or copper cables)
The Monobloc feeders are interchangeable
Monobloc feeders are bolted onto the TUR using an insulated wrench
Available fuses: 125 A, 160 A, 200 A, 250 A, 315 A, 400 A (according to HN 63-S-20 or IEC 60269)
FUNCTIONS
General isolation of the low voltage (BT)
Distribute electrical energy across multiple feeders
Protect each feeder/phase with fuses
Disconnect or isolate each feeder/phase
Features
Visible Break Switch-Disconnector
8 removable monobloc departures with screens, 1200A: Each departure is equipped with a removable screen for easy maintenance and handling. 1 isolation panel: For isolating the circuits safely during maintenance or repairs. Fuse door protectors: Devices that ensure fuse safety and provide protection from overcurrents. 1 insulated key: For secure and safe operation of the switches and equipment. Optional: - Knife fuse size 2: Standard knife-type fuse for high-current applications. - Tetrapolar protection for public lighting departure (ACG): Four-pole protection designed specifically for public lighting circuits. - Post lighting protection: Protection for the lighting circuits of distribution posts. - Reserve panels designed to replace a TUR departure: Additional panels that can replace a TUR departure, allowing for flexibility and future changes. - Isolation, short-circuiting, and testing panels: These panels are used to safely isolate, short-circuit, or test the circuits, allowing for secure maintenance, including during interventions.
